ABOUT SASAKI

Everyday wares and simple home cooking. It is these two ideas which are central to SASAKI. 
SASAKI has opened up in 2017 to introduce customers to a Japanese way of living.The restaurant serves as an homage to owner/head chef, Yu Sasaki’s hometown of Shimane and is a reflection of his memories growing up in the Japanese countryside.

Opening Times:

Monday to Saturday: 5:30pm to 10:30pm

We can cater for special events on Saturday lunchtimes and Sundays. Please get in touch with us via email to discuss further at info@sasaki.com.au

Notes:

Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we are happy to accomodate certain allergies and dietary requirements, unfortunately we are unable to cater for gluten free and vegan diets. his is mainly due to our choice of ingredients and food preparation, and that we only offer omakase (set menus) at this stage.

Payments:

All major credit cards accepted, including AMEX.
We require credit card details upon reservation simply as a means of securing your booking. We do not process any payments at this stage. You may cancel or amend your booking at any time, given a minimum 8 hour notice. No-shows and late cancellations will incur a charge of $65 per person. If there are changes to the numbers of your party, please inform us as soon as possible so we have sufficient notice to cater for this.
